The young entrepreneur is a citizen of Japan and had a net worth of $1.2 billion in 2016. His earnings fell back to $650 million in 2017, this young man has interest in making games and was a programmer. He had his own company named Colopl in 2018. His fortune came down from billions to millions when Tokyo business had hit a fall short of users and investors in a very few time. His games sales went down to such a low place because of zero interest of the people, and company got a 38% loss of it's earnings. This made a dent in Baba's fortune. But now, his company is now growing higher by working on virtual reality games made by other companies.

Young Indian former billionaire had a net worth of $1.2 billion in 2016, but his fortunes got a major hit and his earnings went back to $950 million. He was also a former Amazon's engineer in it's branch Flipkart. His earnings faced a major downfall because of the companies lost. But still he has managed to struggle.

4: Allen Stanford:

Allen Stanford was a classic con artist known highly among the world of artists. His total earnings were near $8 billion but he was found promoting a Ponzi scheme.
