A frequently asked question, I have asked this question nearly 10 times. Though, I am not that much successful. But I am living a high quality life, and that is because of the success I got at an earlier age. People do ask questions, and they want success to happen in just moments. But getting success and a successful career is not really that much possible. Or you can say that, without striving for your goals, you are unlikely to achieve the success you are seeking for. But, sometimes luck come underway and you get successful in no time. Remember, this is like a chance that you can meet it out of 1000 tries. Luck is not everything. It is said, "You get luckier, when you work hard." But most of the people of today's world say, "Work smart, not hard." What does this mean? I did not get the proper meaning of this line for almost a year after hearing it. A time came, I was completely understood with this line when the same thing happened to me. If you want to achieve a massive success, you should use your brain with your heart. On the way to success, you might meet difficulties and losses. But, do not lose hope there. Because that's the place where you are going to be lifted up. Most of the successful people of our society who are known as billionaires, have faced that much problems and hurdle hat you can not even think of them. And I am sure that after meeting those condition who those billionaires met, you'd lose hope of getting successful.

So, pick that work which you love the most, regardless of thinking if it is too small or not famous.

Goal itself is an ambition, and is also a direction or a final destination. You might have heard people saying, "I've my own goals, I am working on my goals." And many more sentences like this. Once you make a plan about a thing to make it done, it is your goal. You can understand the meaning of goal easily. So, if you want to achieve and get big success, make your goals a little more so that you find some motivation for your work.
