Well, i myself have experienced this situation when i was at my graduation college. Now, you'd say say how did i experience this situation? The answer is, taking too much stress is like you are putting an extra weight on your body than you can bear. Overthinking is also the part of this situation. You need to do your work one by one. And remember, do not get straight in every work you got at the same time.


Manage your time:


It is a famous saying, " If you can manage your time, you can obviously do your half work easily." Managing your time is always the most important thing that you can do in your entire work or study life. Most of the people today spend a lot of their time on social media just scrolling up and down which is not really productive and it does not give you back. Kids today waste their important time of studying just watching TV and using mobile phone. Of course, i am not against these thing, but you have to make a proper plan for it, that at what time you should watch TV and use mobile phone.


Rest is good:


Rest is a relying thing that gives you the comfort. Most of the people work day and night and are so busy in their work that they even do not have time to meet their friends and family members. It is not that much difficult to make time for your rest. You can do your work more efficiently after taking a break.


Share your problems with your friends:


It was once said, "Sharing your sorrows decreases your sadness." So, if you have any problem, you can go out and share with your friends, it'll be a lot more helpful that you can even find better solution from your loved one's.


Do not hesitate:


If you want to achieve your goals, you have to be bold. Trying for the fist time is sometimes hard for some people, bu for some people it is like they have been doing it for years.
